• New Sugriwa Express trip not suitable for Pregnant Woman, People with heart or back problem or other physical impediments, and infant under 3 y.o . However if the guest/ parent insist, they need to complete our Disclaimer Statement which is available in check in counter. There’s releasing New Sugriwa Express and all officer and/ or employee, including agent from negligence and any further legal action by any party, prior to the trip commencement.
• The entire guest which is register on our trip, covered by passengers insurance including water activity insurance for passengers who’s take activity program.
• Connecting Flight should be inform to us latest 1 day prior, we advise the connecting min 5 hours from our departing/ arrival schedule. We not take responsibility for any missed the flight.
• Cancellation and delay it happens due to weather condition, for safety reason the companies reserve the right to cancel the trip without any liability to the passengers. In several time may the trip will delay due to low tide, we need take more time to board the passengers.
• Re-Scheduling is based on seat availability and should be made 2 days prior for regular season, and 5 days prior for high season (June – September).
• Refund payment due to cancel the booking is able with condition below:
• Cancellation within 2 days of travel no refund
• Cancellation more than 2 days but less than 7 days from date of travel 50% refund
• Cancellation more than 7 days of travel date 100% refund
• Pick up/ Drop off, pick up time will be 1 hour before departure time based on sharing with free of charge to/ from one specific address in designed area of Bali. The address must be specific and may be change min 24 hours prior.
• Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.
• Activity Program rule:
• Min 2 person require for activity based on sharing
• Snorkeling activity no need previous diving or snorkeling experience
• Not suitable for wheelchair accessible and person who have specific health problem
• Children under 6 years old are not consider to join snorkeling activities
• Temperature of water could affect the Manta appearance, ask our office/ team for the best time
• Snorkeling spot which is mention in the program may change due to weather condition and will provide option to another spot, our guide will inform in advance when it happen
